We are pleased to offer to the rental market by Informal Tender 7 Lots of land at Penruddock Hall. The grazing of sheep and cattle are permitted. Lime and fertiliser will be applied to any Lots which are deemed to require inputs dependent upon soil test results which are being undertaken on all Lots. All Lots have been harrowed and aerated where possible and necessary. 

The land has been clear of livestock since the end of December 2024. It should be noted that no crop can be taken from the land unless consent is granted by the Landlord and if consent is given, then replenishment will be required and accurate records kept.
